Join multidisciplinary healer and herbalist, Allie Brown, on a cosmic sound, herbal medicine crafting, and tea journey.
In Chinese Medicine, the energy of Summer is represented by the element and movement of fire. Fire corresponds to the heart organ and the emotion of joy. Learn how herbs can support the opening of your heart and expansion of joy. We will feature herbs that support the rhythm of our bodies during the Summer season.
During this Herbal Medicine Making workshop we will blend a variety of herbs into a herbal tea infusion--make a hot, solar or cold tea infusion. Explore herbs like hibiscus, calendula, rose, and lemon verbena, that nourish both your skin and spirit, supporting inner and outer radiance throughout the summer.
After our guided tea crafting workshop, we will venture on a deep relaxation through a cosmic soundbath, tea ceremony, and meditation. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
